The Foxhill Metropolitan District 1 and 2 will hold the next Regular Election on May 6, 2025.

NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REGULAR ELECTION AND CERTIFIED STATEMENT OF RESULTS
BY THE DESIGNATED ELECTION OFFICIAL FOXHILL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Sections 1-13.5-513(6) and 32-1-104(1), C.R.S., by the Foxhill Metropolitan District No. 1 (the “District”) of Douglas County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates; therefore, the regular election to be held on May 6, 2025, is hereby canceled and the following candidates are hereby declared elected:
Todd West to a 4-year term (2025-2029)
Christopher Kirst to a 4-year term (2025-2029)
Julie Hughes to a 4-year term (2025-2029)

DECLARATION DEEMING CANDIDATES ELECTED FOR FOXHILL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2
The Designated Election Official of the Foxhill Metropolitan District No. 2 has been duly authorized by the Board of Directors to cancel and declare candidates elected if, at the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before the election or at any time thereafter, there are not more candidates than offices to be filled at the election to be conducted on May 6, 2025; and
As of the close of business on March 4, 2025, or thereafter, there were not more candidates for Director than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write-in candidates.
Pursuant to Section 1-13.5-513(1), C.R.S., the Designated Election Official hereby cancels the regular election to be conducted on May 6, 2025.
